• In the years I've been alive, I've seen things that frightened me, learned things that filled me with despair, but never have I encountered anything as infuriating as the Inquest!
• They're pretty obnoxious.
• They're ruining everything, that's what they're doing. They've allowed their awful lab garbage to pollute this whole area. The plants and creatures are suffering!

• When I first came here, I had a respectful appreciation of all creatures. But now, I really hate skale.
• Well, any animal whose survival needs inconvenience people can be called bothersome, as unfair as it is. But the pollution has made them so ferocious, it's impossible to live alongside them in peace.

• Not long ago, pilgrims came through here every few days to visit the rock where the Sun touches the ground. But as undead spread like disease, fewer pilgrims are making the journey.

• It's a sign of the times.
• To the east, there's a tall rock where the Sun God casts sacred light upon the ground. The sylvari camped beneath it call it Judgment Rock. To us, it's a place of celebration, not judgment.
• We originally chose to live here because it's so close to the sacred rock. I'm worried we'll be forced to abandon it for our own safety, as so many of my kin have been forced to abandon their homes.
• Do what you have to, but don't give up easily. It's your home.
• We don't plan to leave without a fight. But I would prefer not to leave at all.

• If you want to talk, make it quick. I've been trying to keep track of what supplies we've sent over to the troops and what we still need to send. I have to concentrate.
