Where does the data come from?
ArenaNet’s official Guild Wars 2 API at api.guildwars2.com/v2, requested in English. Icons come from ArenaNet’s render CDN. Each entity page cites the exact request URL. See about the data.
Why are there only three of each thing?
This is a sourced sample — three iconic records per kind — not a full pull of the item universe. More records can be added from the same official sources later; nothing here is invented to pad a page.
Why are NPCs, vendors and events empty?
Taimi is not in the official API. We will not invent her. Vendor inventories and world-boss timers are unpublished too, so those pages stay empty rather than invented. Event timers are planned and not built.
What is a build template code?
An in-game chat link starting [&DQ that encodes a profession, three specializations, trait picks and skill palette IDs. Paste one into the build decoder. Named records link through; everything else stays a labelled ID.
Is this affiliated with ArenaNet?
No. This is a fan site. Guild Wars is ArenaNet and NCSoft’s trademark.
