• It used to be and may still be. During the Krytan-Ascalonian war with the charr, the White Mantle were a religious group with great power. Many historians say they tipped the balance of the war.

• I oversee our incoming supplies and put them to use upgrading the fort's defenses. We're trying to take advantage of these abandoned fortifications.
• The Krytan queen does, which is why she sent the Seraph out here to look around. I'm here to make sure the Priory's interests are represented and to collect whatever information they find.

• They come via pack bull from the nearest fort in the direction of Camp Resolve. If we lose the forts along our supply route to the enemy, our supplies won't reach us.

• Our teams can make several levels of upgrades to our siege weapons and gates, but that varies by location. Once we have the supplies to make an upgrade, it's just a matter of keeping it in repair.
• Don't tell me you don't talk about your...whatever it is you have...like that. Seriously. The White Mantle disappeared back when Kryta was still at war with charr. It's a waste of our time.

• It's not a White Mantle, it's the White Mantle. It was an ancient religious cult kind of thing. They lived in Kryta, worshipped "beings of light," and sacrificed kids. That's about all I know.

• These used to be safe hunting and fishing grounds for the hylek. But the krait have been taking over these areas. We only want to hunt for food, but the krait seem only to hunt for hylek.
• Then why not fight back?
• The krait are faster than us are on both land and water. The only reason we don't leave these areas is that to do so would mean starvation. So the only choice we have is how we choose to die.
• I hope you find another choice soon.

• I'm on oil spill cleanup duty. Every time an airship docks, I grab a nearby bucket to clean up the inevitable spill.
