- Drop any Nightmare courtiers you see. Their camp to the north, Banshee's Keen, would be a good place to start. It's heavily defended, and they keep prisoners there. A good raid might teach them some manners.
- Gate Supervisor Karrog Duelfang
- Starting to wonder if these urbanites are even worth our effort to train.
- Any other tasks I can help with?
- Is it even a net gain to have to incorporate all these civilians into our operation?
- Vigil Crusader
- I heard a pretty horrific noise from somewhere up north not long ago. The place is infested with husks, so we don't even send scouts up there anymore. Whatever it was, it was big and angry.
- There's a pattern to the tremors we've been experiencing, I'm convinced of it. If only I had my lab equipment.
- North, you said? I'm on it.
- I'd love a chance to really study these ruins, maybe even organize a dig.
- Priory Scholar
- I'm a little busy right now.
- Falias Thorp was once a Soundless settlement. The Nightmare Court put an end to that. Now we're just a warden outpost, and I'm not sure how much longer they'll be staying, to be honest.
- Food Inspector Rixxi
- Is the trouble here really so bad?
- Vigil Healer
- Vigil Warmaster Wylliam
- We've seen summoned husks to the north. Wherever they come from, they're not friendly. I suspect it's the Nightmare Court, though I can't prove anything. Getting rid of them would help, though.
- If Mordremoth could attack the Mother Tree in the Grove, it can attack anywhere.
- Is there any bigger game around?
- I must not let fear poison my heart, not even in this forsaken wasteland.
- Nightmare Court and husks. Understood.
- The heat is brutal. I just hope we have enough water.
- Thanks for your help, friend. We don't have enough patrols to keep the trolls at bay, but with the help of adventurers like you, we can make things a little safer for everyone.
- A shadow has fallen across our mother. Our Wyld Hunt brought us here to avenge her against the dragon's mockeries.
- Got anything for sale?
- Any news?
- Valiant Eleri
- I appreciate the heads-up.
- That's not where the centurion said they should go.
- Soldier
- We mark troll territory with signs, but the trolls are smarter than they look. We can barely keep torches lit around here. We'd welcome any help you can give. Poison their food, kill them off, whatever you can do.
- Soldier

- A caravan came through not too long ago, headed northwest. Merchants don't often take this route; it's too risky. Could you keep an eye on them?
- Centurion Bloodspatter
- I'll check on them.
- Is there anything else I can help with?
- (grumble) Don't see why we should have to take orders from mice and talking cabbages.
- The most important thing is to clear out any trolls you find. Just make sure your head doesn't end up on their trophy spikes. There are other pests around the road, but the trolls are the worst.
- Better not let the centurion catch you swaying in the sun like that.
- This place makes my fur stand on end.
- That's all the info I need. I'm on it.
- Demolitionist Platt
- The last thing our organization needed was additional layers of bureaucracy.
- How am I supposed to get everything done without enough golems?
- Peacemaker Chief Torr
- (snort) A few hairs in the stew. You'd think I'd committed a war crime.
- (sniffle) I'm not crying, it's the onions. Don't look at me!
- You'll eat it and like it!
