- I believe you. Good-bye.
- Dear me, no. I avoided meddling in any local nonsense. Besides, the Lionguard handled that dual imbroglio adequately enough without my assistance.
- What's your complaint with the Consortium, then?
- Yes, somehow they managed.
- A distinct lack of consideration commensurate with my station. I expected some tact and grace in the handling of a temporary lack of access to my considerable wealth, but I expected in vain.
- Why were you without funds?
- Vain does seem to be the operative term here.
- In my hasty departure, I neglected to bring currency. Not even a scrap of paper to write IOUs on. If not for my friend Kas, the Consortium would have let me starve like some common stray cat.
- Cat—Wait, were you involved in that cat show riot in Divinity's Reach?
- I see that you were the real victim here.
- Er, I'm sure you must be confusing me with another master of ceremonies that was driven from DR by an angry mob. One far less dashing than myself.
- I see. An honest mistake, then.
- This position was supposed to be transitional, and a precursor to a fat promotion back in civilization. That treacherous vegetable and this incompetent so-called inspector have ruined me!
- What a shame.
- Do you mind? I'm up to my ears here in ungrateful refugee workers and rabid crab monsters. Make yourself useful and find out why Inspector Kiel hasn't restored order yet.
- I'll leave you to your important work.
- Never imagined myself in a place like this. I bet the spirits can't even hear me when I call. Anyway, thanks for coming along.
- Glad to help.
- With your help, I might actually get back to my settlement safely. Interested?
- Let's do this.
- I need to get back to my settlement in one piece. Can you help?
- I knew you were up for a challenge as soon as I saw you.
- We've got this.

- Leave.
- Subdirector Noll, Management is concerned that you have failed to effectively address the problem of unruly settlers on our Southsun Cove development project.
- We hereby remind you that the indoctrination of said settlers is not a stretch goal. This is a high priority item, as indicated by this memorandum's paper stock and choice of ink.
- The Consortium thanks you for your attention to this most urgent matter and looks forward to confirmation of enthusiastic settler participation. Remember, the Consortium's success begins with you!

- Subdirector Noll, upon receipt of this memorandum, you are directed to immediately secure all refugee resettlement agreements and return them to the home office for safekeeping.
- Management has concluded that these contracts are under immediate threat of vandalism and destruction. Note the use of double underlines on this High Priority notification and comply as directed.
- Should you fail to secure and deliver these essential records, Management will engage an immediate review of your career track within the Consortium. Have a nice day!
- Subdirector Noll, Management hereby expresses its EXTREME DISPLEASURE with your handling of the resettlement operation. Your incompetence has compromised plans for our Southsun Cove property.
- Your request for an off-island transfer is denied. In light of recent developments, your performance review has been expedited and you will be notified of the results soon.
- The Consortium directs you to remain on Southsun Cove in order to salvage what you can from our investment there as you await a Management decision on your viability.
- My Journal
- I hate this place. I hate the volcanic stench in my nostrils and the sound of orders barked at us all day by miserable drones. This isn't the new start we were promised.
- None of us should have to live like this. Something needs to change, and soon. I may have to make things change myself, and if that's the case, I'll do whatever it takes.
- An amazing day! Just when we thought things couldn't get any worse, Inspector Kiel came through for us and found a way to free us of the Consortium.
- She won't admit that it was her plan to put our contracts in harm's way, but we all know what really happened. Kiel did us a favor we can never repay, or forget.
- Log Book of the SS Prospect, recorded by Cady Smith, Captain
- Set sail from Sanctum Harbor under cover of darkness. Seas uncertain. Our navigator assures me we'll make landfall by dawn on the new island. How could this place have stayed uncharted so long?
- Canach brought a chef along of some renown, he says it's to help discover new food sources. All I know is that we've never tasted anything better than what this sylvari Owain prepares.
- First Mate Sharphorn doesn't trust Canach, but I keep assuring him that this charter will put our fortunes on a better course once we're back in the Arch. I just wish I could believe it myself.
- Limited-Use Llama Finisher[s]
- Double-click to gain driftwood.
- That was amazing. Did you see Noll's face when his precious contracts blew up?
- It really was. I wish I could see it all over again!
- Ha, he looked ill.
