• What's it like being in the Vigil?
• It all started when the Dragonbrand appeared. As Kralkatorrik flew over the land, his very passing turned every plant, rock, human, and charr into crystal.
• What does that have to do with the Vigil?
• The Vigil seeks to help those who cannot help themselves and to fight the battles that can only be fought as a team. We provide defense and charity to those in need.
• We do whatever is needed. We are known for our fierceness on the battlefield because we fight hard for those who cannot fight for themselves, but there is more to it than that.
• If you want to help others you must first help yourself. Once you have dealt with your personal matters and seen more of the world, perhaps you will remember your interest in the Vigil.
• Almorra Soullkeeper, once a charr Tribune, saw her entire warband turned. She realized that fighting the Elder Dragons would take all people and all races working together and formed the Vigil.
• We also do many charitable works. We build sanctuaries, provide foodstuffs, and find homes for lost children. Any need you can think of, one of our crusaders will try to meet it.
• You're not quite Vigil material, are you. That's nothing to be ashamed of. The orders are the three legs of our fight against the dragons. Remove one leg, and the stool falls.
