- Silence, idiot. I'm here to free you, but I will hurt you if you keep blabbering.
- I still have scars. Still have bad dreams. It's a trick. Go away. Evil!
- I know, I know. I've performed terrible experiments on you and your species. But I promise you, I will free you and your kind.
- Don't know. Not sure. Memories of pain.
- For someone who regrets the old days, you've done an excellent job killing everyone in your path.
- You even butchered Nokk. And you let this little rat live? What, saving it for another experiment?
- Knew this was wrong. You, evil, horrible.
- Don't listen to her! I gave you my word. I'll liberate your kin.
- Oh, how sweet. You got attached to the rats. Fine, die like one, you failure. Ta!
- Be at rest, spirit.

- Jotun Runestone[s]
- In that case, good-bye.
- "...and the muttering voices will call for his blood." Hrmm, that portion is ripe for misinterpretation.
- What are you doing?
- I must go. Good-bye.
- Mysterious Amulet
- Okay, good-bye.
- Get some rest. Bye.
- Time to go. Bye.
- Slayer, Glad to hear you're still fighting the good fight with your order. Congratulations on recruiting the ogres. Most rangers I know (myself included) are impressed by their control over their pets, so I know they'll be valuable allies against the dragons. Don't dwell on losing the ogre kraal—homes can be rebuilt. The important thing is that you saved lives and secured their help. I'm still trying to salvage Destiny's Edge, but it's a long, hard road. I won't give up, however: Tyria still needs heroes, and even I don't expect you to do all that needs doing by yourself. I'll keep trying and let you know if and when they come around. May the Spirits guide you, —Eir
- Recruiting the Ogres
- That makes sense. Good-bye.
- Birthday—Year 7
- You have a character that is more than 8 years old.
- As far as I can tell.
- Bah! You cling to failure like a baby possum to its mother.
- Come now! You're norn. You can be better.
- I need to go. Good luck.
- What're you looking at, Slayer? You think you're better than me? Not all of us are born to be mighty warriors, hunters, or artisans. The Spirits didn't bless all of us.
- What're you looking at, stranger? I know what you're thinking. Your heart is filled with pity for me, for my obvious weakness. Are you tempted to give me coin?
- Do you need coin?
- Oh? I spend my days being regaled by the skaald's heroic tales, but I'm a shadow among suns; and though I can sing all the tales in my sleep, I'll never have a legend of my own.
- As you insist, so it shall be.
- Go ask a Wolfborn for directions.
