- Failed to defeat Orrians.
- The outer defenses are failing! We must defend these ruins at all costs!
- We've turned them back! Collect yourselves, for they will surely return. We must be prepared to hold out.
- This place is terrifying. In my view, the locals have no chance of survival.
- Hylek can be replaced. The antiquities here cannot be.
- I'm finding it hard to concentrate with so many spirits about.
- Count your blessings. It'd be harder if the pirates were still alive.
- For a pirate stronghold, there's a distinct lack of treasures and trophies.
- Maybe some other pirates got here before us.
- This place is empty, except for the ghosts. How am I supposed to record the ephemeral?
- Oaf! Do it the way you do everything on my krewe: precisely.
- The record shows this place has been called Fort Cadence for hundreds of years.
- That would explain the oddly rhythmic quality to the spirits' wailing.
- You're in the wrong place. They're coming from the north and the south. Choose one front, and join the fight!
- Does it matter which I choose?
- I've made my choice. I'm off!
- It doesn't matter where you fight, so long as you put your heart into it. We're plagued equally from both directions.
- Very well. Take care.
- Defenders, brandish your weapons! Fight back the evil that threatens to claim our fort!
- Interesting.
- The undead have overwhelmed the ruins of Fort Cadence. They're in every corner, nook, and cranny. This is a terrible, strategic loss to the forces of good. Clear the undead out of the center of the fortress!
- Clear the Risen from the center of the ruins of Fort Cadence.
- Protect the Vigil crusaders.
- Successfully Captured Fort Cadence.
- Failed to Retake Fort Cadence.
- Vigil Crusaders
- Bears
- Abomination
- We must clear the undead from the fort. We're still investigating whether it's safer to weave through the ruins to the north or kick down the front door to the south.
- A sneak attack is best. I say we approach from the north!
- I prefer a direct assault. The south is clearly the best choice.
- I'm not sure. We should rethink our plan of attack.
- You think so? All right. We'll go through the ruins to the north and sneak up on our enemies!
- Piece[s] of Ambrite
- On second thought, we should do more scouting.
- You're right. The southern attack route's shorter, offering the undead fewer chances to kill us.
- Used in the crafting of weapons with +Toughness, +Healing, and +Vitality. Nomad's weapon recipes are found in buried chests in the Maguuma Wastes.
- Special skills?
- Before we move out, allow me to scout more.
- Fort Cadence has been taken by undead! The Vigil needs reinforcements. If you're willing and able, follow me back to camp!
- But it won't... You can't... Oh, never mind. I refuse to be held responsible if that weapon fails.
- No worries. If it doesn't work, no one will be around to blame you.
- Nomad's Orichalcum Imbued Inscription[s]
- Fort Cadence is free of undead for the moment. Take this time to heal. No doubt they'll return.
- Why is this place so important?
- Commander, to me. I believe I can get us out of this situation, but I'll need you to protect me while I do it.
- We could all use a rest.
- The Vigil believes this location will be of strategic importance in the war. If we can pinch off the undead army's access northward, then we have a better chance of protecting the coast and Lion's Arch.
- Have you seen a lot of Orrian undead around here?
- That makes excellent sense. Good luck.
