• Water. It's the single most powerful force in existence, and we're learning how to control it. In its steam form, it drives many of our greatest machines. When flowing, it drives turbines. Of course, it also keeps us alive.

• They raided early one morning. My mate had gone out to take water samples, and she got caught alone. They beat her to within inches of her life, then set her on fire.

• I'm on guard duty at the moment. We have occasional run-ins with Flame Legion. They killed my mate last year, so I volunteer for this even though I'm an engineer. Any chance to fight Flame Legion makes me happy.
