- Psst. Hey, come closer. These idiots don't get it, but you might. The queen is handing our land, our heritage, over to the charr. They killed our fathers and grandfathers!
- I don't think you get the treaty at all.
- The treaty is a lie. The queen wants to leave us at the mercy of the charr. Not me. Not my family. Not while the human race is here. You and me, we can make this land as glorious as it once was.
- Whoa, calm down. You'll attract the guards. But listen, I'm with you, honest. What's the plan?
- Yeah, I'm leaving.
- The humans here, too soft. They are so quick to forget the war. It's time to wake them up, by any means necessary. If we have to bomb a few houses here, so be it.
- Murdering your own? You're completely insane.
- Visiting someone? Just don't get close to the cells. Most of this lot are drunken disorderlies, but some can be violent.
- There's a prisoner muttering some strange stuff. Aren't you worried about that?
- I can handle myself around some petty thugs. I'll be okay.
- Our guests say all kinds of things when they've had too much ale. Give him time to sleep it off.
- I don't know. There's something strange about him.
- I'm not sure what happened. There was an explosion and smoke, and the next thing I knew one of the prisoners was gone. We have to find him.
- I can help. Did you see where he went?
- Complete the Mad King's Clock Tower or Stopped Clock Tower jumping puzzles.
- Run him down and bring him back here. Got it.
- Oh man, I hope those other guards are okay. I thought that prisoner was just some drunk, but it looks like he was an important Separatist. His friends just blasted him out of jail.
- I'll help the guards track him down. Which way did they go?
- Defeated the Facet of Light Only With Red Attunement
- Sugar Crash
- We don't get a lot of tourists here, but feel free to look around. Just don't get too close. The cells mostly hold folks who had too much at the bar, but some of them can get dangerous.
- Aww, people say all kinds of things when they've had too much ale. Give him some time to sleep it off.
- I've got a bad feeling about this...
- Ugh, my head is spinning. Someone came in here and blasted the jail apart. Made off with one of the prisoners, too. There's a search party out there, but we haven't heard back from them.
- I'll track them down. Where did they go?
- I'm sure they'll turn up.
- Head southeast. Just follow the commotion.
- Southeast. Got it.
- Between you and me, guard duty here is better than watching the underground cells, where we keep our hardcore prisoners. At least you get fresh air up here. And the cells only have drunks.
- These Ebon Vanguard are unreasonably uptight. That explosion didn't even cost anyone an appendage. I'd call the experiment a rousing success!
- Hmp. Life-threatening explosions? That's not science, just thuggery in a lab coat.
- I'd rather not know.
- With reasoning like that, you must have graduated from the College of Cowards.
- And yet you are behind bars. Advantage: me.
- Mongrel! Get out of our city!
- You look weaker than my great-grandsire. I'm thinking I can do about whatever I want.
- Maybe you missed it, but our people have a truce now.
- Oh, this? Yeah, this is just a charr costume.
- Your city? Right. You're in a cell and I'm walking free.
- No kidding? Good grief, even got the smell right. I heard some of our people were working on one, but I had no idea it had come so far. Can I see the tail? How does it move?
- Okay, this is getting weird now. Gotta go.
- Not with me they don't. And not with you, either. I can see it in your eyes. You're just biding your time so you can kill us when our guard is down. Try it, flea bag. Just try it.
- The war is over. The sooner you know that, the better.
- See? The queen thinks you lot will just tuck your tails and leave us alone. But you never change. Get out of my sight! Or better yet, go yak up a furball. Heh. Hahahaha!
- You're as crazy as a weasel in a burlap sack.
- Maybe now that Queen Jennah and her Fallen Angels are busy with the truce they'll leave us alone. We are the ones that built Ebonhawke. We know what's best for our city.
- Who are the Fallen Angels?
- They walk around here like they're the leaders of the Ebon Vanguard, but they're just glorified Seraph. They say they wear black to honor our dead, but the Queen's army will never know our sacrifice.
- What do you have against Queen Jennah?
- We've been fighting for humanity here for the last 200 years! She helped us when the Brand was created, and I'm grateful, but I don't owe her my allegiance.
