- You runt! We were supposed to summon one bear. You turned this into a bear moot! Run!
- Can't talk now. I'll handle Bear's wayward children here. You stop any that get past me.
- Bears! Hungry bears! Help us fight off the bears!
- I'll help him. You stay safe.
- Sorry, kid. I got other plans.
- My stupid sister summoned a bunch of bears, and they're eating our house! Help stop them!
- Captives remaining
- I got my own problems.
- I tried to summon a bear so we could wrestle one, and a whole bunch of them showed up! You can get rid of them, can't you?
- Stay here. I'll take care of this.
- Don't have time.
- Not a word of this to your mother.
- I learned my lesson. I'm going to worship Raven! Now I just need some grubs.
- (sigh) Your mother's gonna kill me.
- Those bears really trashed the place. My wife is going to kill me.
- Gareth wants to start his smokehouse, but family matters are preventing him from getting the meat he needs. Anyone bringing him fresh meat will be greatly rewarded.
- Collect dolyak meat for Gareth.
- Seasoning meat in: %str1%
- Oh, Bear help me. Look, I don't like asking people for help with my job, but I'm tied up here. If you hunt some meat for me, I'll make it worth your while.
- What do you need?
- What's the problem?
- I'm not interested in doing your work.
- Terrific. I haven't seen such epic butchery since my brother's wedding reception. Ah, that was a fun night.
- I need fresh dolyak meat for my smokehouse. Kill some of the dolyak nearby and bring back the best flanks you can. I'm not wild about this, but I'll reward you.
- Why aren't you happy about this?
- Why can't you hunt?
- Got it. I'll be back with your meat soon.
- My mate left early this morning on a journey of her own. I need to watch the kids until she comes home. It keeps me from hunting animals for the smokehouse.
- Aren't you mad at her for leaving?
- So, bring the kids hunting with you.
- I'll watch your kids. Go ahead and hunt.
- Oh, a smokehouse?
- I hate having others make my kills. It's not how I was raised. If I could do it, I would, but my mate changed things this morning.
- What happened with your mate?
- What? No! I've done it before. She's out there making her legacy. She'll be home one day. It might take a while, but she'll come home with scars, stories, and trophies.
- So, how can I help you?
- Yes! I have an old family recipe that makes the most delicious jerky you'll ever taste. It'll keep forever and still be full of flavor. I got the smokehouse set up. I just need fresh meat.
- How can I help you?
- Oh Bear's fur, no. Last time they went hunting, my mate and I barely brought them back alive. We'll need to train them one at a time. With her gone, hunting is off.
- I have other plans.
- Thanks, but my kids can be a crazed wolf pack. The last stranger who watched them ended up losing his right foot. We found it on the roof a week later.
- I think I'll be going.
- There are a lot of hostile creatures around, and I worry that my kids will get into trouble if they aren't kept busy. I'd appreciate it if you could cull the local area of dangerous creatures. I could also use a hand with hunting.
- Hunting?
- If you've come for some delicious smoked meats, I can't help you.
- Hold on, what's this about smoked meats?
- I'm just looking for work.
- My mate just left to make her legend. I love her, but now I got to watch the kids before they burn the lodge down. I can't hunt for meat, so the smokehouse is colder than Jormag's rump.
- Why can't you take them on the hunt?
- Oh, yeah. It's a family recipe. You can carry it in your pack for months, but it's still full of flavor. I finally got the smokehouse set up, but I'm stuck here shorthanded.
