- Foreman Timar Cubisson
- I'm fine. Poor, brave scholars! Our explorers fought well, but we were no match for the Risen.
- More undead are coming. What can we do to defend against them?
- Go downstairs, to the vaults. Defend the research teams—they can help us raise an appropriate defense.
- Once you clear the undead out of the vaults, get back up here. My magic can only hold back the Risen for a short while.

- Thank you all for coming. We're here because Claw Island proved the value of cooperation. Our Pact has already achieved remarkable results.
- To defeat Zhaitan and cleanse Orr, the Pact needs to go on the offensive. For that, we need a headquarters. I suggest the abandoned fortress on Terzetto Bay.
- Oh, Kekt, stop being a spoilsport! If I ignore this, those skulky dredge might find the tomb first, and how would that turn out? They'd destroy it!
- Can you believe the ancient dwarves thought this was a good place for a tomb? It feels so alive. Such a strange choice.
- The dwarves are almost extinct, but in their time, they knew a lot about the dragons. The Priory studies dwarven tombs to learn as much as we can.
- I know the place: formidable, easily defensible, and right on Zhaitan's doorstep. A solid decision, Marshal Trahearne. The Vigil is with you.
- It is a wise choice. The Priory will also follow you to the Pact's new headquarters, and on into Orr.
- No argument here, Marshal. It's a smart call. Count the Order of Whispers in as well.
- Excellent. I'll begin preparing our new headquarters at the Terzetto site, which I have code-named Fort Trinity. I look forward to seeing you all there.
- Icy Maelstrom
- Thank you for coming. I'm Marshal Trahearne, and I've invited each of you here because you are the finest smiths and crafters in all of Tyria.
- I'm forging a Pact to deal with the Elder Dragons. The three major orders of Tyria have agreed to join, but we also need you and your skills.
- It would be an honor to stand with you, Firstborn.
- Hello, there. Lovely day, isn't it?
- What are you doing out here?
- Can you give me directions?
- Yes, thanks for asking.
- I'm taking a break—enjoying the great outdoors.
- Taking a break from what?
- That's nice.
- Sure, I've wandered all over these parts, where do you want to go?
- Nentor's Consolidated Mine.
- The Durmand Priory.
- Somewhere I can get food.
- I think I can take it from here.
- Mining. Don't get me wrong, it's not completely unpleasant, but I get uncomfortable with all rock over my head.
- I see. Think you could give me some directions?
- I can understand that.
- It's straight ahead and to the north. Follow the road, and you can't miss it. Be careful, though. It can get pretty scary in there.
- Scary?
- I'm interested in another location.
- That's quite a hike. The best way to get there is to follow the road here south.
- How about those other places?
- I'll give that a try.
- I don't tell many folks about this, but there's a norn lodge to the east that makes amazing omelettes! You can get there by following the road west, or by taking a shortcut through the snow field.
- Sounds great, but why not share this with more people?
- Perfect, but where was that other place?
- Thanks, I'm starving!
- The chef sometimes runs out of eggs. Keep it under your hat, and he won't sell out as fast.
- I'll keep that in mind. Could you tell me about another location?
- Thanks for the heads up.
