- Snowdrift Haven is open to all travelers. Here, you can stock up on supplies and rest within the protection of our walls.
- If your destination is Snowhawk Haven, it'll be quite a trek. The Sons of Svanir demolished the bridge with concussive ice bombs. Let's hope they don't cause yet more trouble during reconstruction.
- Is there any way I can help?
- Our head engineer assigned some woodcutters to gather lumber, but I know little else. To check with them, backtrack down the road and come back up past the sluice.
- Did you hear? The Sons of Svanir destroyed the bridge! Engineer Larain is already starting work on the rebuild effort.
- I want to help. Where should I go?
- Good luck with that. I have other things to do.
- Engineer Larain should be at the bridge now, or where it used to be. When you exit the haven, go west along the road, and you'll run into her or her crew.
- A caravan of Modniir centaurs is heading west to join the war.
- Destroy the Modniir caravan.
- Researcher
- Candy-Corn Crusher
- Krewe Leader
- Ascalonian Enchanter
- The Sons of Svanir at Jormabakke Stead have erected a totem to the Elder Ice Dragon, Jormag. A group of agents from the Order of Whispers have discovered that this totem can grant a dragon shaman terrible power. The only way to stop this powerful ritual is to destroy the totem.
- Destroy the dragon totem at Jormabakke Stead.
- Quick and quiet, now. Straight for the totem, and straight through any Svanir we find.
- My kind of mission. Let's go.
- A food supply caravan is stuck in the snow in drake territory.
- Slay all attacking drakes to protect the Supply Carts.
- Ascalonian Mage
- Noble
- Inquest Technician
- Inquest Assistant
- Dredge are using a freshly dug tunnel to attack Podaga Steading. A few inhabitants have gone into hiding, but many of them are fighting to hold the steading against the dredge onslaught.
- Defend the inhabitants of Podaga Steading.
- Villagers
- Dredge Morale
- Dredge Attackers
- Some of the hunters have reported rumbling coming from the dredge caves. It's probably just the usual ruckus from their mining, but it does seem a bit unusual.
- Sounds like trouble. Maybe I should check it out.
- It's probably nothing. See ya.
- Be my guest. The entrance to the dredge caves is around the mountains to the east, near Mennerheim. There was an entrance closer to the steading but we blocked it off to keep the dredge from wandering into town.
- The revolution is here, pig-dogs! You and your monument to self-indulgence will fall!
- Oh, by Bear's shaggy—Dredge attack! Get the children and travelers to safety. Everyone else, stand with me!
- OK, kids, the steading's under attack. You can join me, just this once, and we'll go protect everyone in that building there.
- Yay! We're in a hunting party! Follow the hunter!
- Podaga Steading was little more than a hot spring when I first saw it. It grew into a great lodge as more hunters came and became a strong steading as they settled down. I'm proud to be its custodian.
- I can't believe the dredge dug a tunnel just to attack us. We drove them off, of course, but as long as that tunnel's clear, they could try again.
- Let's get it done.
- Why did they attack in the first place?
- Sounds rough. Bye.
- They built some crude wooden supports to keep the tunnel from caving in. If those supports were broken, I bet the tunnel would cave in. That should keep them out.
- Interesting idea.
- Podaga is a fine steading now, but it was originally a resting ground for hunters. Judging by the shouting, the dredge are offended by the "den of leisure" above their caves. Violently so.
- Everyone in Mennerheim is the best at their craft. The best cooks, the best brewers, the best hunters...you name it, they're here. Anyone who wants our respect has to earn it.
- Hear that? Huh, it's gone again. Bear's eyebrows, I've been hearing strange sounds coming from the dredge cave recently. In my experience, dredge making a clamor is never good.
- Where is this dredge cave?
- Meh. Dredge aren't worth my time.
- The dredge scurry about in a cave southwest of here they call Molengrad. See if you can shut them up while you're there. That sounds's really killing my mood.
