The Sons of Svanir at Jormabakke Stead have erected a totem to the Elder Ice Dragon, Jormag. A group of agents from the Order of Whispers have discovered that this totem can grant a dragon shaman terrible power. The only way to stop this powerful ritual is to destroy the totem.
