I watched as more of the creatures were gathered and escorted through the door of the towerlike rock structure, but at that distance I could not make out individual faces. I don't know that I could recognize their faces regardless, as it was their voices that distinguished them for me. Perhaps I watched as my new friends were carted away to...Alchemy knows what.
