- The experiment lab has been completely destroyed. Some allied forces were saved and have joined the fight!
- The experiment was not stopped. A corrupted monstrosity is on the loose!
- The Whispers strike team is in the central chamber preparing to secure the Inquest gate.
- The Whispers strike team has secured the Inquest gate. Once it is configured, they will use it to escape.
- The Whispers strike team is battling the Mark V defense golem.
- The base's self-destruct sequence has been activated. Escape Bauxite Alchemicals through the Inquest gate.
- Kill the Inquest monstrosity.
- Anyone who believes that crash was my fault should have their license to draw conclusions revoked. Which is to say, I made the only logical decision.
- Which was?
- The important thing is that you're convinced.
- Less than I'd hoped. Apparently, dragons are constructed in such a way that they're immune to the normal laws of mid-air collision. Which is to say, ramming them is ineffective.
- At least you learned something.
- A setback is merely a disastrous conclusion to one's plan. We continue on toward the Inquest base, of course, only at a lower altitude. Which is to say, we walk. We must put a stop to whatever they're planning.
- Commotion is not a good strategy when trying to sneak up on a well-armed secret installation such as this. Which is to say, let's keep the cacophony to a minimum.
- I've never met a door I couldn't outwit. I can handle getting it open if you can handle keeping me alive.
- With these terminals, I can gain control over this facility. The only obstacle is that it's password-protected. If you pilfer some data encryption crystals, I'll do the hard work of inputting the code.
- Where do I get encryption crystals?
- Again, I must do the hard work of telling you what to do. In all likelihood, the Inquest operatives keep one on their person. Which is to say, take theirs.
- Now that the reactor is back online, these golems' fabricators should function much more efficiently. All we need to do now is supply the requisite materials. Which is to say, fetch.
- What materials?
- Keep the Inquest off my back. And make sure they don't interrupt the flow of the power conduits. Things will go much more smoothly if I'm alive and the conduits are enabled.
- In retrospect, perhaps we should have stopped these experiments before restoring the reactor to functionality. I fear that now, we won't have adequate time.
- That sounds like a setback.
- This is precisely the reason I remained with my krewe instead of joining the Inquest. Their ineptitude aside, they understand that science should not be used to create monsters like that.
- There's no special trick to defeating the golem. So don't waste both our time with finesse, just bash away at it until it stops working.
- Given that we encountered a few unexpected obstacles along the way, I'd say that went pretty well for a half-baked, last minute, largely improvised backup plan. Which is to say, we got lucky.
- Hold on, I'm considering all of our possible courses of action and calculating the odds of each one's potential for success. Which is to say, give me some thinking room here.
- That Mark V defense golem is a formidable obstacle. I'm afraid there's little that my vast technological prowess can do against it. Which is to say, this calls for brawn over brain.
- Set a collision course with the dragon. Given that our airship had no weapons, and it seemed the dragon was headed for the main fleet, it only made sense to hurl our tiny craft at the giant beast.
- What did that accomplish?
- I think I understand why you ended up here on the ground.
- Was I unclear? The "requisite" ones. Just gather recycled golem parts from around the area and bring them to the fabricators. But keep in mind that each fabricator creates a different type of golem.
- This reactor was configured to shut down if the base's security was compromised. I'll need to restore full power to it if we hope to secure this place. Which is to say, you broke it so I have to fix it.
- I didn't know there were allied forces operating in this region. We'll need all the backup we can get. Are you coming or not?
- Uhh, sure.
- What are you going to do?
- We ran into a dragon while trying to infiltrate Orrian airspace. It happens. But our aircraft was built for infiltration, not dragon-ramming. It's a wonder we survived.
- That's need to know information. And if you have to ask, that means you don't need to know.
- All the noise you're making, why don't you just shout, "Ready or not, here we come"?
- We need Agent Frazz to break into their security system to get this door open. He'll need time if he's going to succeed.
- If Agent Frazz can crack the security mainframe, we can gain access to this entire facility. It would go a lot faster if he had encryption crystals.
- What, is this your first attack on an underwater Inquest base? You get the crystals from dead Inquest operatives, of course. And try to act professional.
- Professionally kill the Inquest and take their crystals. Got it.
- It's going to be very difficult to secure this facility with the front door wide open. But if we can get these golems up and running, we can repair the defenses.
- How do I get the golems running?
- Agent Frazz will never learn to operate on his own. Why do I get all the amateurs? Let's get this reactor online. Turn those power conduits on and keep the Inquest away from them.
- If I had an extra agent for every time Scorchpaws and Starks were running late...well, I'd replace these two idiots with my new extra agents.
- Would you get a load of the monstrosity the Inquest created. Let's take it out. Quickly!
- We need to bring down that Mark V Golem if we're going to secure that gate.
- Another successful mission professionally accomplished. In spite of the lack of professionals.
