• What happened to the ship?
• Too bad.
• She had to abandon it. Now no one sails the "Capricorn." She's adrift at sea, possibly forever.
• Shame. Sounds like a good ship.
• Hey. Welcome to Dragon Bash. Get out there and have some fun. If I ever get done being all official and smiling at guests, I'll be in the Dragon Ball arena.
• What's the Dragon Ball arena?
• It's a new battle arena in the city. You don't use weapons or magic, instead you pelt each other with energy orbs. If you're interested, talk to Finolla at the Mystic Forge.

• Captain Farth Scarclaw, Ship's Council. Came here years ago with my warband on a mission, ended up staying. Look at me now, practically running the place.
• It's not the old Canthan Festival, but a festival to fight the dragons seems like a proper substitution. I hear the moa races are a big hit.
• Tell me more about the moa races.
• Forgive my lack of manners. Captain Hao Luen. Financial advisor to the Ship's Council. I've been a part of this city for what feels like lifetimes.
• Go to Farshore Ward and wager what you dare. The moas you can bet on are wily, and prone to break a gambler's heart.

• So many people here for Dragon Bash. More people means more traffic through my gates. And that means money. So much money.
• Captain Shud, member in good standing on the Ship's Council and owner of the city's asura gates. Be sure to use them if you're going after those holoprojectors.
• Holoprojectors?
• Ah, yes. The holoprojectors. You'll find them throughout the world. Magnificent prizes await inside of them, as long as you can defeat the creatures guarding them.
• You look like someone who enjoys a party. You've come to the right place. It's Dragon Bash time, and I know everything happening in this city.
• Tell me about Dragon Bash.
• We were inspired by the old Dragon Festival, but made it a real party. We've got attractions and distractions, but the effigies take the cake. Well, if you can make a cake out of a massive dragon statue, that is.
• Tell me about the effigies.
• Captain Theo Ashford, of the Ascalonian Ashfords, captain on the Ship's Council. Between you and me, it's about time the dullards on the council threw a party like this.
• Why are you out here?
• Because everyone likes a party, even those droning kodan. After the nightmares with those karka, we need to blow off some steam. So proclaims your favorite pirate and mine, Theo Ashford.
• Good to meet you.
• You're joking, right? I'm the life of this party. Who better to tell the people about Dragon Bash?
• We're building giant dragon statues, all so we can wreck them in a big ceremony. And there'll be effigies around the world for you to bash too. Be on the lookout for them.
• It's beautiful to see the city my grandfather founded so alight and alive. Speaking of which, there's a wonderful new statue honoring him in White Crane Terrace. See it if you can.

• Commodore Lawson Marriner. I've been head of the Ship's Council for 25 years now, following in the footsteps of my grandfather. This city would still be water and rocks without him.
• Who was your grandfather?
• The great Cobiah Marriner. He founded Lion's Arch...well, rebuilt it, more like. When Orr rose, this city was flooded. Cobiah put down anchor and brought this city back to life.
• Lion's Arch will be open for business for the duration of Dragon Bash, day or night. Welcome and enjoy yourself. Now, got a question for this salty ol' pirate?
• Lion's Arch brought back the old Dragon Festival, but made it a real party. We've got games and gambling, sights and sounds. Between you and me, the real attraction is the weekend fireworks.
• I want to know about the fireworks.
• Captain Anne Reid, Ship's Council of Lion's Arch. "Bonny," if you like. I've been around for a while, and the city has never looked better or more alive than it does right now.
• I volunteered. Simple as that. The Ship's Council is in Lion's Arch, and as a councillor it makes sense that I should be out here, talking to visitors.
• Every night, we're lighting up the sky over the city with an array of fireworks. I've been told it'll be gorgeous, and you shouldn't miss it.
