- Prepare for an attack. We've fought them off before; we will fight them off again.
- Hello there. Here for the local gossip, or just seeing the sights?
- Gossip? Do tell.
- Just seeing the sights, thanks.
- Heh, I've seen a few things in my time. What did you want to hear about?
- Who's in charge here?
- I hear the centaur raids are troublesome.
- What can you tell me about Nebo Terrace in general?
- Those sick beasts raid us all the time. Sometimes they even carry us away, never to be seen again. It's thanks to Captain Glenavon and his Seraph that any of us are alive at all!
- They take you as captives? That's terrible!
- Tell me more about Captain Glenavon.
- What can you tell me about Nebo Terrace?
- Thanks for the information. I should be going.
- We're a proud member of the Krytan community. Being so far from Divinity's Reach makes for tough living. The local centaurs aren't going to be happy until we're dead or broken.
- That sounds terrible. Do they raid often?
- I heard you have some help, though.
- Thanks. I'll be going now.
- That'd be Captain Glenavon. Good man. Came here years ago, sent by the queen herself to protect us, bless her. He's great at his job, but all of his burdens are gonna worry him into an early grave.
- Protect you from the centaurs?
- What are you going to do?
- They took some of us recently. I heard they keep the ones left alive as slaves. I don't know if they've made it to their camps yet, but the poor souls don't have a good time ahead of them.
- No one lives in chains as long as I'm alive. I'll free them.
- Sounds good. Let's go.
- Sounds terrible. I best be going.
- This has got to stop. How's a person supposed to run a business under these conditions?
- My unit fell, becoming the enemy we were sent to fight. And worse, they found me, still with fever, and tore me apart. Now my corrupted body fights for Zhaitan.
- I've almost got this contraption at full capacity. I just require a few more parts and a little more time. As an aside, I spotted the most remarkable creature the other day.
- What are you making?
- What creature?
- It's a device to defeat the centaurs. It'll scramble Tamini at fifty paces and, if my blueprints are correct, it will do just ghastly things to Harathi. Oh, I can't wait to use it.
- You mentioned a creature?
- Yes! It emerged from the hole that those little scavengers use. It was a huge beast. I never would have hypothesized creatures of that immensity were dwelling under the local soil.
- Interesting, but what are you building?
- Mini King Adelbern
- Mini Mossheart
- Mini Largos
- Mini Poobadoo
- I swear, if those centaurs harm one hair on their heads, I'll slit all their tendons and feed them to toothless drakes. What? Oh, excuse me. We have a situation here.
- What is it?
- No problem. I'll just be on my way.
- I don't like this. Don't like this at all. I see those broken catapults and I see gaps that'll let the centaurs run through this town. Where's that blasted caravan with the repair parts?
- What caravan?
- I can help you with that.
- Welcome to Nebo Terrace. As long as you aren't a centaur, consider yourself a guest. Hrm, you look like you had a hard travel to get here. You should eat something. Oh, don't mind me. Force of habit.
- And who are you?
- Thanks. I'll take a look around.
- The centaurs took some of our citizens in the last raid. Captain Glenavon has ordered us to hold our post here in town. Some of these kids here lost their parents. They need to be found.
- I can track them down.
- I can't right now.
- You definitely look like you could handle it. The town, myself included, would be very grateful for your help.
