- Your mother sure is weird.
- This is getting kind of creepy, I need to go.
- She sure is. She sings lullabies to the bees sometimes. Just thinking about it makes me want to go home. Why me?
- Hang in there, it'll get better someday. Maybe.
- Bears! I'm allergic to bears! Especially the part about them mauling me to death!
- I'll handle the bears.
- Bears again! Always bears! This job is going to get me killed!
- Good-bye!
- Honey Seller
- This is dangerous territory, friend. These lands are infested with centaurs. It's our job to route them, but with our resources, it's all we can do to keep them away from the people of Beetletun.
- Centaurs?
- Have they attacked the locals?
- Flame Burst
- Head south or southwest of here and you can't throw a rock without hitting one of those beasts in the head. Come to think of it, why don't you go on down? And take some rocks. Really big ones.
- Cast a fireball that explodes on impact, damaging foes within the blast radius.
- Indeed. Farmers are taken captive almost daily. We think they're being held captive at Hidden Cliff Camp southwest of here, but we can't leave this area unprotected to rescue them.
- Fireball
- Have you been to Holdland Camp? It's just southwest of here, and aptly named. Those centaurs really dug themselves in, and they refuse to let go of these lands. That camp is a major threat to us.
- Why's it so dangerous?
- I see. Thank you. Maybe I'll seek one out.
- That camp is where they keep their main weapons cache. So long as it exists, the centaurs are that much more of a threat. Not only to us, but to the citizens of Beetletun as well.
- Fire Storm
- Sorry, not my problem.
- We won a great victory against the centaurs by destroying their weapons cache at Holdland Camp, but there's no time to rest on our laurels. This fight's not over yet.
- The centaurs are back. They're trying to retake the camp, probably to rebuild. I hate them for it, but I have to respect their tenacity. They won't show us any quarter, so let's return the favor.
- I'll take the fight to them.
- Explodes
- We can't afford to lose this camp. We're running out of defensive positions around here.
- Good luck not dying!
- Only thing to be done now is hold this location and fend off the centaurs. There's no way to know how strong their attack will be, since they never seem to run out of reinforcements.
- Blinds • Burns • Summons Minions
- Their effect on the environment is merely a symptom of the larger disease, but now that we understand that symptom, we're closer to a cure.
- How could this happen? We should have been able to hold them off. OK, it doesn't matter right now. We just need to get our camp back. Without it, we're in big trouble.
- Right. What's the plan?
- Sure, sure. Let me know how it goes.
- The "plan" is we gather as many forces as we can, charge in there, and take back my post! We just have to make them realize it's not worth their trouble to try keeping it.
- Sounds like a plan.
- We still have to convince the Arcane Council, and the Arcane Eye is still out to control the impact of Gorr's findings.
- "Before you stands the Great Northern Wall. Built to repel the invaders in 898 A.E. It did its job well for nearly 200 years. Then, the legions got serious."
- Slay the giant fish to protect the fishing waters.
- Veteran Sawtooth Barracuda
- Dwayna bless you, kind soul. What may I do for you today?
- What is this place?
- Are all clergy of Dwayna skilled in medicine?
- What made you decide to walk the path of a priest of Dwayna?
- Are there any priests and priestesses of other deities around?
- Nothing right now.
- This was Miller Scott's house, but he was lost in the attack and willed his dwelling to the followers of Dwayna. We have set it up as an infirmary for now, and hope to make it a permanent hospital.
- Please—specify—the—desired—destination—of—the—asura—gate.
- Do all clergy of Dwayna practice medicine?
