- Would you look at that. We succeeded where the charr failed.
- You could go point that out to them, if any were still alive.
- Or, you two could tend to the wounded and begin repairs. We still have a fort to defend.
- Yes, sir! Sorry, sir!

- Where are they coming from?
- What did you do to anger them?
- I'm ready to fight.
- I'm glad you're here. These ogres are a pain in my cuirass. They plowed through the charr across the river, and now they're onto our scent.
- I'd be glad to help.
- I'm afraid you're on your own. I have to run.
- Thanks for being here. We need all the help we can get. Ogres swarmed our camp, and we had to retreat. We're taking it back.
- What do you have against charr?
- Where are there ogres around here?
- I'll leave you to it, then. Good-bye.
- It's been one of those days. I'm not sure which race I'd rather deal with: charr or ogres. It's a toss-up. At least, with ogres, I can hit them in the head without angering my queen.
- What about ogres? Where are they?
- You keep on thinking that way. See how far it gets you.
- What don't I have against charr? It's easy for Queen Jennah to forge a treaty. She doesn't have to sit down-wind of them. Sometimes, we even choke on fumes from their huge Brand-spanning fort northwest of here.
- Why don't you like charr?

- The ogres are north of here, just past Behem Gauntlet. I don't recommend heading that way, though. Ogres are rarely friendly, and even the friendly ones aren't the best conversationalists.
- Profane Pants
- Thanks. I'll talk to you later.
- There's an enormous ogre village north of here, just past Behem Gauntlet. They call it a kraal.

- Interesting. I'll talk to you later.
- Who knows? We've been watching them for a long time. Maybe one of our scouts got too close? Maybe the charr started this. You can't try to think like ogres. They live like animals.
- Have at them!
- Let's get these ogres!
- Right you are!
- No time for talking. Time for fighting!
- On the front line of what?
- You're doing a good job here. Keep it up.
- We're always on the look-out for ogres. For some reason, they've decided they want our fort. We take pride in our post. You could say Foewatch is on the front line.
- Aren't there charr across the river?
- Sounds like fun. Thanks.
- Of the wilderness. Of the Brand. On the northern side of this river, you're in dangerous territory. Between ogres, grawl, ghosts, beasts, and Branded creatures, you're looking at combat no matter where you turn.
- I see. Thanks for your insight.
- Yeah, they're dangerous, too. They may be playing nice now, but they're built to make war. The only reason they're allied with us is because we share a greater enemy: the dragons. We're not fooled.
- Does it bother you that much to work with the legions?
- We're stronger together. Good luck.
- It only makes sense. We've got a common problem. It needs a common solution. I guess that's what allies do, hm? Work together? Still, it feels strange.
- Or, it could turn out great. Good luck.
- Bother me? I don't know if I'd say it bothers me. I will say that I'll be on the alert. It's an interesting experiment to see if our two armies can cooperate. It could go badly.
- That may go both ways.
- True. Stay alert and you might learn a few things.
