Demmi Beetlestone, daughter to Legate Minister Caudecus of Kryta, asked the Order of Whispers to give her political asylum, implying she knew something about her father that was worth finding out. The Order lost contact with Demmi somewhere in Applenook Hamlet. It appears that she's been kidnapped by Jackdaw pirates.
