Svanir's Dome is home to an especially aggressive band of Sons of Svanir. Their leader, Nollarr, is a vain and vicious brute who sends his followers to raid locals and passing travelers. As long as these marauders run free, the area around Svanir's Dome is not safe for anyone else.
