The Soggorsort quaggans and Hazupl Grounds hylek are all that keep the krait from complete dominance of Quetzal Bay. Neither can truly stand against the krait and win. We don't interfere in the affairs of outsiders, but protecting the bay benefits us as well. We'd be indebted to anyone who brings peace to these waters.
