Lume Arcweld longs to understand the Brandstorm. He has successfully caused much of the brand energy to collect in one area, but the storms break out quickly and erratically. Lume has decided that the most efficient way to collect the energy is to manually carry the rods underneath the forming storms. His assistants can then give the charged rods to him so that he can collect the energy from them.
