Today I saw Herbalist Fabrice talking to Aksel. Quite a surprise—I thought the two were still at odds after the whole crab debacle. Seems as though they've made peace. I heard in passing talk of a new ship crashing ashore. The lot of them seemed suspicious right from the get-go. Seems as though the crashing of their vessel was not just the whipping waves and bountiful beasts! Two nights past, little Stace asked me about talking fruit! Said she saw a pineapple with two legs just marching about. I told her not to go out after dark, just in case. Ha! Didn't tell her to stop spreading the rumor though—always did love to spin a yarn, myself. A mother can be proud of her gossiping gal! There is talk of cultists inland. A silly lot, I think. Perhaps I should pay them a visit, see what sort of gossip THEY have, and share it with the other Hullgardeners.
