Jenk Cutspecter and Kryxx Fizzleban have joined creative forces to come up with a ghost trapping system. The asura developed a ghost collector based on gate transport magics, and the charr discovered an iron alloy through which ghosts cannot pass. They're handing out the collector devices to anyone who wants to help rid the land of the human ghosts.
