You have lost access to your skyscale mount trial due to leaving a Secrets of the Obscure explorable zone. You can unlock the skyscale for use elsewhere in Tyria by completing the Flight Training Mastery track in Guild Wars 2: Secrets of the Obscure, or by unlocking the Skyscale Mount Mastery track in Living World Season 4.
