You have limited access to the skyscale mount. Press the [lbracket]%str1%[rbracket] key to mount. Pressing [lbracket]%str1%[rbracket] again will dismount you. Until you permanently unlock the skyscale, you can only use this mount while in Guild Wars 2: Secrets of the Obscure explorable zones.
