The Haiju Plains were once populated by the Crimson Skull, a group of pirates that terrorized the shores of Shing Jea. After Empress Haebaragi was successful in defeating the gang during the Crimson Battle of 1741 CC, Shing Jea was greeted with relative peace. This plaque was placed by the Ministry of Archives to improve education efforts following the collapse of the Ministry of Purity.
