Xinrae was the daughter of Xiko and Tanasen. Following the Jade Wind, she traveled to Dragon's End to inspect the lingering magics following Shiro Tagachi's attack. This plaque was placed by the Ministry of Archives to improve education efforts following the collapse of the Ministry of Purity.
