Daigo Ward was named for the heroic efforts of Daigo, a tengu shaman who helped quell the Crimson Skull threat during the Crimson Battle at Haiju Lagoon. This plaque was placed by the Ministry of Archives to improve education efforts following the collapse of the Ministry of Purity.
