The pirates have taken refuge deep in the ruins, hiding away in the shadow of an abandoned palace... They don't fear the Risen. Quite the opposite, really—they seem to be drawn to the corroded magic that plagues this region. I've almost encountered their scouts on several occasions. Maybe I'll wiggle my way into their ranks...get a closer look at what they're up to.
