Ohn was found dead in the Undercity of Kaineng during the rescue efforts, which makes me the only other living member of the Ministry of Archives.
We couldn't get very far into the wreckage; the entire sector is completely flooded—destroyed. A few survivors were found in the buildings on the upper portions of the market, but everyone below... Every now and then another body will float to the top. I don't know if we'll ever truly know the death count.
Rather than restore the Undercity, Jimin wants to seal it off. With the Risen pouring out from the north, it's only a matter of time before the dead begin to stir here, too.
