Citizens of Kaineng, Due largely in part to increasing fears related to violence between the local Am Fah and Jade Brotherhood gangs, the Celestial Ministry is in debate over issuing a temporary nighttime curfew in the following city sectors: Vizunah Square, Wajjun Bazaar, and Bukdek Byway. This is a direct reaction to the incident at Wajjun Bazaar last week, where eight individuals were killed near the marketplace. Of the dead, it was determined that six of the individuals were affiliated with the gangs, while two were unarmed civilians simply caught in the fray. Although the exact cause of this incident is still unknown, such violence will not be tolerated. While investigations continue, please be mindful during daily activities and avoid unnecessary travel.
